TRUCKERS FROM THE Big Sandy Region parked their coal trucks along the shoulder of U.S. 23 near Prestonsburg Tuesday to protest low wages and traffic citations for their trucks being overweight by Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement officers during their safety campaign "Weigh Blitz."
