Fuller, Hall named USAA award winners
The United States Achievement Academy announced recently that Ginny Fuller of Paintsville and Caitlin J. Hall of Louisa have been named United States National Award winners in leadership.

Fuller, who attends Paintsville High School, was nominated for this national award by Terry Compton, a counselor at the school. Hall, who attends Louisa Middle School, was nominated by Susie Robinson, a teacher at the school.

Both will appear in the United States Achievement Academy Official Yearbook, which is published nationally.

The Academy selects USAA winners upon the exclusive recommendation of teachers, coaches, counselors, and other qualified sponsors and upon the Standards of Selection set fourth by the academy. The criteria for selection are a student's academic performance, interest and aptitude, leadership qualities, dependability, and recommendation from a teacher or director.

Fuller is the daughter of Ken and Leneda Fuller of Paintsville. Her grandparents are Ruth Rigsby of Paintsville and Virgie Fuller of Somerset.

Hall is the daughter of Dave and Gail Davis of Louisa and Don and Kim Hall of Fairfield, Texas. Her grandparents are Charles and Mildred of Virgie; Lowell and Kay Maynard and O.W. and Delores Davis, all of Louisa.
