PAINTSVILLE – Easter baskets, the Easer Bunny and colored eggs filled with surprises made for a festive occasion for the employees of Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center Thursday, April 17.

Each department of the hospital joined in an inter-departmental competition for the design and filling of Easter baskets. Eight beautifully-decorated baskets were placed in competition. The team from PBH’s Respiratory Department won the contest and will be treated to a pizza party for their award-winning efforts.

All competing baskets were later given to children in the hospital’s pediatric floor.

As the Easter baskets were being judged, employees selected a plastic egg at random, each of which held the notification of a prize. Prizes included manicures from Just For You Day Spa, DVDs, chocolate bunnies, outdoor Easter decorations and assorted chocolate candies.
