Hilaree Frazier honored by USAA
The United States Achievement Academy has announced that Hilaree Frazier from Wittensville has been named a United States National Award Winner in both Math and English.

Hilaree, who attends Johnson County Middle School, was nominated for this national award by her teachers, Mrs. Kim Conley and Mrs. Lisa Wireman. Hilaree will appear in the USAA Official Yearbook, which is published nationally.

Hilaree is the daughter of Ralph and Anita Frazier of Wittensville, Kentucky. She is the granddaughter of Martha Conley and the late Marvin Conley of Wittensville and the late Foster and Ruby Frazier of Paintsville. She is the great-granddaughter of Carrie Conley and the late Hobert Conley of Wittensville.
