RANDALL HANNAH, father of Cpl. Kevin Hannah — the Johnson County man who was shot while on active military duty in Iraq, received a check from the Heather French Foundations for Veterans in the amount of $500 to help cover travel expenses to Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. The family spent nearly three weeks in Washington with their son who is scheduled to be moved to Richmond, Va. to continue extensive rehabilitation therapy. The family is hoping that Cpl.
