McCoy chosen as model for Rose Tree

CEREDO, W Va The Rose Tree Fashion Board of Ceredo, W.Va., announces that Kara McCoy of Louisa has been chosen as a model to represent Lawrence County High School, where she will be a freshman this fall.

Out of 16 area schools in Kentucky, West Virginia and Ohio, McCoy was one of 25 girls chosen from applicants.

The young ladies will model prom dresses and bridal attire that will be featured in TV commercials and various magazines in the tri-state area. The girls will also do community service for their area.

McCoy is the daughter of Freddie and Amy Ewers McCoy.
