Family feud goes to court
PRESTONSBURG — Two Prestonsburg men have filed criminal complaints against each other for an alleged altercation on June 14 at Winter Orchard Drive in Prestonsburg.

Danny Kerr, 50, of Old Middle Creek Road, is charged with first-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly pulling a pistol on Kyle Waddle, his son-in-law, and threatening to kill him.

Waddle is charged with terroristic threatening and fourth-degree assault for allegedly grabbing his father-in-law around the neck, saying "he could cut his head off" and threatening to kill him.

The incidents allegedly occurred at 3:40 p.m. at Waddle's home.

Both men were ordered to stay away from each other. Waddle will be arraigned on July 2, and Kerr on July 16.
