Perfect attendance

LOWELL BROCK, a graduate of Prestonsburg High School, was presented a plaque, $50 savings bond and a certificate in recognition for perfect attendance in grades 9-12 by Superintendent Paul Fanning on behalf of the Floyd County Board of Education. Brock also came close to perfect attendance for 13 years, having missed only one day in elementary school.
