The 2003 Maynard family reunion is scheduled for the last weekend in July once again this year.

There will be a cookout beginning at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 26. Bring a covered dish. On Sunday, July 27, spend the day with family catching up on what’s happened since last year’s reunion.

The reunion will be held at the home of Lowell “Peanut” and Kay Maynard, 2 1/2 miles west of Louisa on Rt. 32.

For more information, call (606) 638-4857. Help is needed and will be appreciated with the preparations for this year’s gathering.

If you have a musical instrument, bring it with yous.

Don’t forget to bring an item to be auctioned off Sunday after dinner.

Quilts, crafts, ceramics or any other items you might want to donate will be appreciated. Proceeds will be used to help offset expenses of this year’s reunion.
