Workshops, tours planned for field day

The All Commodity Field Day at Robinson Station conducts research and educational programs in forestry and wood technology, agronomy (corn, tobacco, forages), horticulture (vegetables, small fruit, other supplemental crops) and family and consumer science programs to meet the needs of people throughout Kentucky and Appalachia. There are many excellent workshops and tours planned for this event.

Visit the world of agri-tourism through a virtual tour presentation.

Take a follow-up tour to a commercial kitchen and enjoy agri-treats by Kentucky producers.

Other events scheduled include agronomy tour (information on livestock forage research and burley tobacco production), horticulture tours, wood utilization center tours, Robinson Forest tours, athletic turf workshop, youth activities (4-H, cooking, crafts, health, safety, and more), beef and forage workshop, fruit workshop, goat production workshop and goat show.
