Eli Prince to participate in NYL Forum on Technology

Eli Prince,17, of Richardson, Texas, will be a senior this year at Berkner High School. He has been invited to participate in the 2003 National Youth Leadership Forum on Technology in San Jose, Calif., and will be leaving Sunday, July 27 to attend.

Eli is a member of the National Honor Society, vice president and founder of the Cisco Chapter of the Berkner Social Club, and a Certified Novel Administrator. He has a varsity letter for baseball and is active in his church youth group, through which he has participated in missions outreach for the past three summers.

He also plays bass guitar, guitar and piano, and occasionally plays bass during morning worship services (he was part of a youth band for two years). Eli attended the 2003 Summer Seminar at the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, where he hopes to attend college and pursue his dream of becoming a pilot.

He has received awards at the state level of Latin competition, is pursuing Cisco Network Administrator Certification (through classes at Berkner), and is active in sports (menís church softball team) and martial arts. His SAT is 1350.

He is the son of Clay C. Prince of Richardson, Texas. Eliís grandparents are Paul and Fran Prince of Louisa.
