Outstanding employees recognized by Paul B. Hall
PAINTSVILLE Outstanding employees were honored July 3 by Paul B Hall Regional Medical Center of Paintsville in a quarterly awards ceremony which recognized 19 men and women for their work during the hospital's second quarter.

Scott Souther, BS, MT(ASCP), director of the hospital's medical laboratory, was honored as Supervisor of the Quarter. Marlene Maynard, RN, was chosen as Nurse of the Quarter, while Thomas Pemberton was named Employee of the Quarter.

Also recognized were 16 employees inducted in the hospital's 110 Percent Club, created to honor those who strive above and beyond what is normally called for in their respective positions.

New club members are Larry Walker, dietary; Scott Howard, Carolyn Howell, Tammy Miller and Scott Mullins, laboratory; Tammy Howard, cardiac lab; Kelly Howard, Jennifer Castle, Paul Felty and Shela Blevins, respiratory therapy; Amy Montgomery, radiology; Marlene Maynard, RN, ER; Heidi Hackworth, RN, and Steve Buckley, RN, surgery; Sharon Van Hoose, RN, special care unit; and Pat Blanton, LPN, DRG department.
