Carnival coming to Oil Springs

OIL SPRINGS — The Historic Oil Springs School will be the site of a fall carnival Friday, Oct. 24, from 6-9 p.m.

The public is invited to participate in a cake walk sponsored by the Oil Springs Homemakers; heritage house sponsored by U. K. Extension, Family Consumer Sciences; and games for youth sponsored by 4-H teen leaders.

Also, the interactive movie Legend of Sleepy Hollow, sponsored by Tech House Consulting; the Medina Garden Cafe sponsored by the FCCLA Club; and children’s corner, activities for toddlers, sponsored by Sarah White.

Admission is only 50 cents.
