Red Bush Busy Bees meet

RED BUSH The regular monthly meeting of the Red Bush Busy Bees was held Tuesday, Oct. 14, at the Red Bush Community Center. President Teresa Kitchen called the meeting to order and presided over the business session.

The inspirational message was given by Phyllis Mullins. The subject of devotion was lighthouses. Mullins also led members in prayer.

Discussions in business of upcoming events included Heritage Day, a fall carnival and Holiday Happenings. Members were encouraged to study the October health bulletin, provided by Health Education Extension Leadership.

The group welcomed back former member Bonnie Cox to the club. Also, Allie Adams was present as a new member.

A potluck lunch was offered. The group played bingo and prizes were chosen. Other members present included Jerri Auxier, Lorraine Harris, Linda Caudill, Sharon Fyffe and Shirley Williams Lemaster.
