Simpson receives service award

LOUISA James L. Simpson, of Louisa, was presented his 60-year Masonic distinguished service award for his contributions and service to the fraternity and especially Apperson Lodge #195, F&AM in Louisa.

Patton R. Hart, grand senior warden of the Grand Lodge of Kentucky, Free and Accepted Masons, made the presentation on behalf of the Masonic lodge. Eugene Workman, master of Apperson Lodge for 2003, assisted with the presentation.
