Our deepest sympathy goes out to the families of Edith Mae Helton, Lura Mae Pelphrey, Frank Pratt, Winfred Cochran, and Lillian Lowe.

Several attended church at Hood’s Fork United Baptist Church Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne Frazier of Stone Cole visited her mema, Zuetta Scott Saturday.

Derek Caudill and Tiffna Peters visited Elaine Brown and Mr. and Mrs. James E. Baldwin and sons Saturday evening.

We are glad that Courtney Caudill is improving after being in the hospital. Her dad, Roger Caudill, was hurt on his job and will be off work for a while.

Birthday wishes for January to Almeda Blair, Tony Baldwin, Darrell Brown, Kay Meade, James E. Baldwin, Pat Wells, Betty Jean Scott, Darin Moore, Dwight Baldwin, Edna Salyer, James H. Baldwin, and Dwayne Frazier.

Brandi Gwin and daughters, Cheyene and Christina, visited her grandmother, Betty Blair, and Drew Wednesday.

Peggy Baldwin, Carolyn Blair, Rosa Blevins, and Martha Blair were the guests of their sister, Almeda Blair, to celebrate with her on her 80th birthday.

Sorry to hear Lonza Reed is in a Lexington hospital. Dortha Blair of Twin Branch is home from the hospital after having surgery. Dewey Picklesimer of Lexington is slowly improving. We wish them all well soon.

Congratulations to Rodney Childers and Amanda Tabor, who were united in marriage Jan. 18. Rodney is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald (Maxine) Childers. We wish them the very best in life. May God bless them with a long, happy, and successful life together.

Mr. and Mrs. Roger Jude of Inez visited Mr. and Mrs. Randall Jude Thursday.

Get well wishes to Kay Thompson, Kermit Miller, and Grover Thompson. We hope they improve real soon.
