Sheldon Clark High Shool JKG students are honored

01/31/2007 - INEZ — On Dec. 9, Sheldon Clark High School's Jobs for Kentucky's Graduates, under the direction of 14-year program specialist Marcie Ward Hanson, returned home from the Jobs for America's Graduates National Leadership Awards and Student Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., with national honorees. 

SCHS senior Brett Jarvis placed seventh in the Jobs for America's Graduates national public speaking competition, while senior Danna Hinkle placed eighth out of more than 50 competitors from 28 states.

Recognized for her participation in the cover design competition was senior Brittany Fletcher.  Honored for superior leadership and participation throughout the event were Brittney James and Anna Preece, as well as Eden Elementary's Korey Chase Hanson.
