10:22: Request officer in reference to she has a male subject in her residence and the judge has ordered him to leave the residence and she has the papers, Colvin Branch.
11:57: Advised at the second crossing the bars are down and there is no train, Rt. 581.
1:56 p.m.: Theft complaint: Request officer to JCHS.
2:17: Advised her 18-year-old grandson is screaming and yelling and kicking things in her residence, requests officer, Millers Creek.
2:59: Accident, no injuries: Two-vehicle in parking lot, Euclid Ave.
3:46: Accident, no injuries: Rt. 1428, Vanhoose Lumber.
5:17: Accident, no injuries: Truck with trailer in ditch upside down, Dogwood Fork.
5:35: DUI complaint: Red Ford truck all over the road, turned on Rt. 1107, Davis Branch.

7:54: Advised his neighbor is in jail and nobody is supposed to be at the residence and there is a male and female subject inside, Jackson Fork.

9:58: Subject requests officer call: Reference to her ex-husband making threats, Pineview Lane.
Tuesday, Nov. 13
3:14 a.m.: Advised there was a riding lawnmower in the roadway just past the school, advised it looked like it had been hit already, area of Oil Springs School.
6:57: Animal complaint: Advised there was a cow in her yard, afraid it's going to get hit, Millers Creek.
8:07: Wants to file a complaint on a deputy that is harassing her son, Rt. 172.
10:17: Request officer contact her in reference to filing criminal charges against her neighbor, Whitehouse Road. County attorney advised her to have a unit come out.
11:35: Burglary, unknown when: Request officer in reference to someone broke into her residence while she was gone and stole her meds, N. Buckingham Ave.
12:24 p.m.: Burglary, unknown when: Request officer in reference to he came home and found his residence broken into, Rt. 1559.
2:17: Request officer in reference to a female leaving the ICU unit against medical advice, is a danger to herself and others, James S. Trimble Blvd.
7:09: Reckless driving complaint: White S-10 doing donuts in the parking lot of Big Sandy Superstore, N. Mayo Trail.
7:09: Principal at Highlands Elementary requests officer make a round as a safety precaution.
7:14: Accident, no injuries: Vehicle versus deer, Rt. 201.
8:51: Extra patrol: Reference to subjects walking around in area acting suspicious, West Van Lear.
9:39: Criminal mischief: Advised a fire had been started next to store, also close to a vehicle, request officer assistance, Big Sandy Superstore.
9:49: Criminal mischief: Advised she had seen two male subjects sticking paper under said vehicle at Big Sandy Superstore.
10:05: Extra patrol: Reference to speeders in area, Rt. 172, stockyard.
10:32: Loud music/noise complaint: Advised someone was operating a pressure washer at Dairy Queen and its extremely loud, Washington Ave.
Wednesday, Nov. 14
12:00 a.m.: Loud music/noise complaint: Advised the next-door neighbor's dog was barking and keeping him up, requests officer, Maple Tree Drive.
10:33: Advised a friend of her husband's borrowed a banjo and his wife took it when they separated and she won't give it back, Wittensville.
10:57: Advised he's had some trouble with people hunting on his property and he went to a neighbor's to ask if people have been on his property also, and his neighbor shot at him eight times, Daniels Branch.
11:20: Animal complaint: Dogs in area, Rt. 825.
12:55 p.m.: Animal complaint: Advised there's a bull in the road, Hall Branch.
1:46: Theft complaint: Advised a customer had money stolen off him, N. Mayo Trail.
2:07: Road hazard: Advised a big piece of tire on U.S. 23 N.

2:22: Theft complaint: Advised she let someone in to use the phone and they stole $100 out of her purse, Court Street.

5:00: Animal complaint: Advised a sheriff's deputy came to her house several days ago in reference to wild dogs, nothing was done, contacting animal control, Gray Mare Branch.
5:21: Advised a male subject was making threats toward a 7- or 8-year-old female, cursing the child and threatening to beat her if she didn't get in the car, Fazoli's.
5:29: Accident, no injuries: Reference to a vehicle being hit in McDonald's parking lot, N. Mayo Trail.
5:54: Information call: Advised her power is out, U.S. 23 N.

8:37: Fire: Advised a house was on fire near Kerz Church, flames visible, Rt. 1092.
9:00: Accident, no injuries: Advised what appears to be teenagers have flipped a vehicle in the ditch on it's top, Rt. 1750.

12:03 a.m.: Subject requests officer call: Reference to female called him and told him someone broke the windows out of his truck, Little Paint Creek.
9:22: Drug complaint: Possible drug deal going down at Main Street.
11:32: Trespassing complaint: Request officer in reference to people on property shooting and property is posted to keep out, Thealka Park.
11:38: Theft complaint: Reference to stolen checks, reported it to P.D. office, Euclid Ave.
12:21 p.m.: Reckless driving complaint: Black Cavalier ran female off roadway then started cursing her, is stationary at BP, Rt. 40.
1:05: Accident, no injuries: Lively Lane.
5:47: Shoplifting: Two shoplifters, Kmart.
5:59: Reckless driving complaint: Blue Chevy Blazer proceeding down Rt. 321 when he struck a guardrail next to the Hager Hill P.O.
6:27: Reckless driving complaint: Dispatch advised of a dark-colored 18-wheeler running 75 mph ±, running vehicles off the road, U.S. 23.
6:35: Theft complaint: Advised she had a .32 caliber pistol stolen, requests officer to file a report, left fork of Two-Mile.
6:54: Advised he had hit a deer, requests officer for a report, U.S. 23 at the Floyd Co. line.
6:57: Reckless driving complaint: Red S-10 with a black hood ran them off the roadway traveling toward Martin Co.
7:48: Accident, no injuries: Advised someone had hit a vehicle in the parking lot, James S. Trimble Blvd.
8:19: Advised his wife is out driving a red Geo Metro with temp tags and driving with no license or insurance, and with kids in the car, wants someone to tell her to stay off the road, Sixth Street.
9:24: Accident, no injuries: Fender bender in parking lot, Euclid Ave.
9:40: Accident, no injuries: Maroon vehicle on its side, Rt. 460.
9:52: Theft complaint: Advised someone had broken into his car and stole $3,000 worth of stereo equipment, request officer make a report, N. Mayo Trail.
10:32: Advised on the lower road (a dirt road) there is a car parked there and it sounds like someone screaming, Indian Hill Subdivision.
11:41: Animal complaint: Advised the neighbor's dogs have been barking for over an hour and they can't rest for them, Robin Hill Road.
Friday, Nov. 16
2:10 a.m.: Animal complaint: Advised the neighbor's dogs were barking again, Robin Hill Road.
4:28: Advised a male subject was in her house and won't let her in, she is calling from a neighbor's and wants subject removed from her residence, Rt. 1750.
8:54: Reckless driving complaint: Gray Grand Prix traveling south toward Prestonsburg passing Porter Elementary, Rt. 321.
9:14: Theft complaint: Request officer in reference to someone stole his stereo and CDs out of his truck, needs a report filed, N. Mayo Trail.
11:21: Extra patrol: Thealka Park.
12:36 p.m.: Reckless driving complaint: White S-10 all over the roadway; just passed Davis Grocery traveling toward Paintsville, Rt. 321.
12:51: Reckless driving complaint: Black Dodge truck, extended cab, traveling toward Prestonsburg all over roadway, Rt. 23 S.
1:05: Advised of vehicle accident just inside the Magoffin Co. line, U.S. 460.
1:21: Information call: Advised her truck was broken into and her CD player was stolen, N. Mayo Trail.
2:34: Request officer in reference to subject sitting in the middle of the roadway and won't let her through, Silk Stocking Road.
2:37: Reckless driving complaint: Green Mustang with "Jessie" on the front of it driving at a high rate of speed toward Paintsville, Rt. 23.
2:47: Fire: Advised smoke is coming out of his roof, Samuel Drive.
3:34: Reckless driving complaint: Advised they are behind a white Impala driving all over the roadway, Rt. 40 W.
4:55: Female has a knife and is threatening people, Main Street.
5:02: Animal complaint: Wants officer to come out and do a report on another dog biting her dog.
5:05: Reckless driving complaint: Mid-90s model white S-10 driving reckless, Rts. 321/1428.
5:21: Theft complaint: Second Street.
5:26: Extra patrol: Thealka Park.
5:54: Accident, no injuries: Vehicle versus deer, Rt. 201.
5:55: Road hazard: Possible dead deer in middle of road on Rt. 1428, advised its in a curve blocking one lane.
6:34: En route to Mayfair Apts. in reference to someone is on the property that isn't supposed to be there.
6:58: Requests officer contact in reference to his soon to be ex-wife removing items from the residence and the divorce isn't final, Witten Lane.
8:51: Advised there are people in the creek; possibly has something to do with a wreck, Main Street.
9:52: Reckless driving complaint: White van all over the roadway headed toward town, Rt. 40 E.
9:58: Advised some kids were messing around the steps and when they saw caller they laid down behind the wall, Preston Funeral Home.
Saturday, Nov. 17
12:14 a.m.: Fire: Advised there was smoke around the doorway of an apartment, Main Street.
12:24: Prowler complaint: Someone tried to get into one of the vehicles at garage, went in direction of Lake Front, Rt. 40 W.
1:07: Theft complaint: Advised male subjects had taken a TV out of a room and placed it in a white Chevy pickup, request officer, S. Mayo Trail.
4:34: Attempt to locate: Be on the lookout for a 1996 red Chevy Monte Carlo, hit a porch and left, vehicle will possibly have damage to front end, Prestonsburg.
8:45: Requests an officer to meet her in reference to a female there advised someone had tried to break into her residence, and did break the door frame, Main Street.
8:49: Accident, no injuries: Two-vehicle accident, U.S. 23/1428.
10:54: Bought a vehicle off sister and sister left it at another residence and now its gone, advised her brother saw it in Johnson Co. at Sonic, Magoffin Co.
11:07: ATV complaint on highway: Hilltop Road.
12:22 p.m.: Advised there is a male subject in the parking lot going from car to car asking people for money, advised he has approached her twice, Kmart.
3:50: Animal complaint: Caller requests officer assistance in reference to a wild dog, Rt. 302.
4:49: Theft complaint: Advised he noticed his license tag was missing, request officer do a report, Boyd Street.
5:07: Drug complaint: Southside Lane.
5:14: Advised a female came into the store and told her that there were some juveniles skateboarding around Food Basket and it looked like they had broken a window, Euclid Ave.
5:43: Harassment complaint: Advised a male subject had called her residence two or three times advising her, "I'll be waiting on your son when he come in." Request officer, Upper Twin Branch.
6:54: Animal complaint: Advised the neighbor's dog is back in her yard, Rt. 302.
7:37: Accident, no injuries: Truck backed into a car in parking lot, request officer, S. Mayo Trail.
7:41: Shoplifting: N. Mayo Trail, detained at this time.
8:48: Extra patrol: Daniels Branch, reference to heavy traffic.
9:26: Drug complaint: Advised driver of a red Honda was snorting some type of pill, advised female in back seat reached subject a plate and male driver snorted something off it, Bob Evans.
9:48: DUI complaint: Red Chevy truck all over the roadway on Rt. 1107.
11:54: Fire: Advised a vehicle on Hidden Valley Road has smoke and flames visible.
Sunday, Nov. 18
12:16 a.m.: Extra patrol: In area of her residence, Sky Harbor Road.
3:08: Attempt to locate: Be on the lookout for a white Blazer, tinted windows, possibly en route to Rt. 1107 in Paintsville. Was involved in a domestic in Floyd Co., also has gun in vehicle and suspended license, Prestonsburg.
11:24: Fire: Truck on fire at mine job, Booth Energy #23
2:32 p.m.: Subject requests officer call: Advised she was threatened by a subject, requests officer, Greer Branch.
2:55: Theft complaint: Request officer in reference to his son's girlfriend stole his checkbook and won't give it back, Williams Branch.
4:03: Information call: Reference to location on a stolen four-wheeler, Middle Greasy Creek.
4:08: Reckless driving complaint: Advised a bright orange older model car, possibly early 70s model, running up and down the straight stretch, S. Clay Ave.
4:56: Advised her husband rode his four-wheeler down the road and a male subject came out of his house and cocked a pistol and pointed it at her husband, Whitehouse Road.
5:29: Reckless driving complaint: White Dodge full-size extended cab truck with tinted windows tried to run her off the roadway on Rt. 321.
5:37: Reckless driving complaint: White Chevy truck with West Virginia tags has no lights on and was driving side to side, U.S. 23.
5:49: Prowler complaint: Wants officer to come and check residence, female advised she thought someone was inside, Rt. 1559.
6:30: Advised a male subject driving a silver Ford Taurus was intoxicated and almost ran him off the road, also vehicle is possibly still in the ditch line, Wad Drive.
7:27: Brush fire: Advised of brush fire starting up the hill, Sycamore Creek.
8:19: Reckless driving complaint: Black GMC Envoy or Trailblazer all over the road going by FS Vanhoose on 1428 toward town.
