1:41 a.m.: ATV complaint on highway: Advised 2-3 four-wheelers were traveling up and down the road keeping everyone up, request officer, Little Mud Lick area.
5:28: Caller advised a man called him and said he needed help, but wouldn't tell him where he was, all he could advise was that he was at Keaton.
10:21: Information call: Advised five vehicles passed him and the very last one, a black pickup, hit him and went on flying, Rt. 581.
1:44 p.m.: Drug complaint: Pineview Lane.
1:58: Information call: Wanted phone number for the Health Dept. in reference to a turkey being in a tree for the last six days and hasn't moved, afraid it may have bird flu, U.S. 460.
2:33: Reckless driving complaint: Red car all over roadway headed toward town going across Starfire, Rt. 321.
2:58: Accident with injuries: Caldwell Branch Road.
2:59: Accident, no injuries: Mayo Plaza.
4:23: Suspicious activity at the gazebo at Preston mini-park, Broadway Street.
4:56: Accident with injuries: Bottom of hill at Boat Gunnel Road.
5:06: Shoplifting: Request officer in reference to two female shoplifters in the store, N. Mayo Trail.
8:19: Subject requests officer call: Advised her son was stealing her blind out of her residence, requests to speak with an officer to see what can be done about it, Jenny's Creek.
9:02: Drug complaint: Fannins Apts.
9:36: Animal complaint: Advised it sounded like a little boy up in the hills screaming, advised it sounded like he was screaming for help, possibly a bobcat, Ceramic Drive.
10:24: Turning truck into junkyard, request to speak with an officer about the tags.
10:28: Advised that three males were fooling around behind the apartments buildings behind Kentucky Fried Chicken, Jefferson Ave.
10:52: Subject requests officer call: Advised he was missing several items from his vehicle from an accident the other night.
Tuesday, Jan. 15
12:31 a.m.: Suspicious person/vehicle: Three trucks parked at the Kerz Church, request officer check on it, Franks Creek.
12:48: Loud music/noise complaint: Brushy Fork Road.
1:03: EPO violation: Advised her daughter-in-law had an EPO on her son and she was at his residence with the kids trying to start trouble, U.S. 23 N.
12:12 p.m.: Advised an elderly man on a scooter was traveling southbound in the middle of U.S. 23.
12:48: Public drunk: Advised of male subject lying in the middle of the roadway, possibly intoxicated, N. Burglar Hollow.
1:01: Request officer in reference to she went to Tobacco Depot and bought a carton of cigarettes and gave them a $1000 bill and they gave her the wrong change.
3:36: Reckless driving complaint: Advised a silver Mustang was driving reckless with a child in the back seat, Rts. 1559/172.
4:30: Gas drive-off: U.S. 23 S.
4:58: Advised her car was vandalized, Walnut Ave.
5:31: Burglary, unknown when:
6:15: Accident, no injuries: U.S. 23 N, 16 mm.
8:22: Theft complaint: Advised a man in the store was walking around and drinking and stole things out of the store, Tobacco.
9:37: Domestic complaint: El Rancho.
9:47: Fire: S. Mayo Trail, Speedway.
Wednesday, Jan. 16
8:38 a.m.: Burglary, unknown when: Request officer in reference to the residence has been broken into, window broken and entered the residence, several items stolen, Rt. 40 W.
1:16 p.m.: Advised of purple car with elderly female driving northbound in the southbound lane going toward Ashland.
4:32: Drug complaint: Teleservices.
5:41: Subject requests officer call: Reference to getting an EPO and to advise of her husband trying to take their child, advised they have been separated for a while, Williams Branch.
5:56: Extra patrol: Ponderosa Drive.
6:58: Advised her cell phone has been stolen, Wal-Mart parking lot.
7:00: Subject requests officer call: Reference to a vehicle being broken down in their drive, Van Lear.
7:05: Suspicious person/vehicle: Advised of a large dark colored vehicle in their driveway, also someone standing outside, Lewis Branch.
7:12: Advised his car has been stolen, last seen beside of U.S. 23 in the Hager Hill area, a black 1989 Toyota Corolla.
7:39: Harassment complaint: Rt. 581, River.
8:36: Extra patrol: Thealka Park.
10:34: Extra patrol: Ramey Branch Trailer Court, Rt. 172.
11:40: Request officer in reference to a male subject that was pepper-sprayed at the jail, James S. Trimble Blvd.
Thursday, Jan. 17
3:41 a.m.: Green, four-door S-10 Blazer, Crace's.
8:14: Criminal mischief: Reference to a male subject came to her residence and flattened her tires by sticking a knife in them, Rt. 581.
9:52: Accident, no injuries: Rt. 40 W. past Kestner's Body Shop.
10:24: Criminal mischief: Tires slashed on vehicle, Little Mudlick Road.
11:45: Animal complaint: Animal cruelty, Riceville Road.
1:53 p.m.: Subject requests officer call: Reference to an animal complaint.
2:32: Accident, no injuries: Meade School, Rt. 40.
2:35: Animal complaint: Request officer in reference to two dogs came at her growling, has been to court over one of the dogs before; advised her kids were about to get off the bus, Church Drive.
2:42: Burglary, unknown when: Request officer in reference to his barn has been broken into and approx. $1,000 stolen from barn, needs report filed, Conley Creek.
4:57: Road hazard: Advised the trucks up there have gotten a lot of mud on the roadway and it is very slick and going to cause an accident, middle fork of Jenny's Creek.
5:35: Burglary, unknown when: Advised someone has broken into his residence, has damage to the back door and some DVDs are missing, Rt. 172.
6:04: Theft of vehicle: Advised his 1982 Corolla was stolen off of 23 last date, Horse Picture Branch.
7:36: Theft complaint: Advised subject who works at Little Caesar's has stolen her child support check and cell phone.
7:57: Advised a subject has an EPO against another subject and subject came to the residence and tried to take the vehicle, advised it's in a ditch, Rt. 302.
8:05: Extra patrol: Crace's.
8:27: Subject requests officer call: Reference to animal complaint, advised neighbors haven't been home for a week and there are dogs locked up in the residence.
8:56: Gas drive-off: Older model white S-10 pickup with brown stripes drove off with $35.01 in gas, U.S. 23 N.
8:57: Burglary, unknown when: Advised his car was broken into, requests officer come out, Rt. 1428.
9:57: Extra patrol: Nitro Security.
10:17: Advised there has been a lot of traffic in an apartment at Mayfair Village.
10:50: Extra patrol: Crace's.
11:16: Prowler complaint: Advised of two prowlers in the area and she saw them around her mother's building, Bee Branch.
11:52: Loud music/noise complaint: Rt. 172, around the 8 mm, subjects playing loud music, keeping his baby up.
Friday, Jan. 18
7:36 a.m.: Request officer in reference to someone has stolen his tailgate off of his truck while it was parked at the hotel, needs report filed, James S. Trimble Blvd.
1:09 p.m.: Accident, no injuries: West Van Lear P.O.
1:13: Attempt to locate: U.S. 23 southbound, Lawrence Co. line.
4:04: Fire: Advised there is a car burning on 645 in Martin Co. near the BP, transferred to Post.
4:35: Advised of people taking gravel from a rail track in a yellow backhoe in front of the Jehovah Witness Church.
7:40: Accident, no injuries: Two-vehicle accident near Mary Trucking, one lane blocked, Rt. 201.
8:00: Gas leak/strong smell: Advised of gas smell in her basement, Margaret Heights.
8:22: Assault: Advised he was assaulted by a male subject at his residence and to send more than one officer, Chet Tackett Hollow.
9:04: Subject requests officer call: Advised a male subject called her residence and advised he was with the Sheriff's Dept. and wanting money.
9:14: Burglary in progress: Advised it was the garage across from the Rec. Center owned by the city, advised the lights were on.
10:12: Reckless driving complaint: Advised a newer model white Ford pickup was driving reckless and turned onto Rt. 40 toward the Thelma area.
10:18: Criminal mischief: Advised her car had been keyed, Johnson Central Teacher parking.
Saturday, Jan. 19
12:17 a.m.: Requested unit to meet her at Wal-Mart in reference to something happening in the store.
12:47: Advised they got some fake money at the bowling alley.
1:04: Suspicious person/vehicle: Two subjects heading in the direction of the #5 store, Silk Stocking Loop.
3:10: Suspicious person/vehicle: Advised there was a vehicle in his drive that had it's lights on and he also heard voices outside, Rt. 689.
3:55: Road hazard: Deer hit in the southbound lane just north of T&T, U.S. 23.
12:46 p.m.: Animal complaint: Advised the neighbor's dog attacked his dog then turned on him; advised he had to shoot it, requests to speak with officer, Kite Hollow.
1:19: Subject requests officer call: Advised his neighbor shot his daughter's dog as she was running to get it, advised she is at the vet with it right now, Kite Hollow.
1:59: Advised it looked like someone had tried to get into her house, Highland Apts.
3:09: Accident, no injuries: U.S. 23/460 exit ramp.
5:30: Accident, no injuries: Advised of a car in the ditch at Flatwood Branch, nobody around vehicle.
6:11: Extra patrol: West Van Lear.
6:56: Lawrence Co. dispatcher advised of a drive-off, request to be on the lookout for a 1989 Beretta.
7:25: Reckless driving complaint: Advised a green Nissan pickup almost hit her car, Rt. 321.
8:13: Extra patrol: Thealka Park.
8:24: Advised subject that has possession of a 2004 gray Chevy Trailblazer won't bring it back, Magoffin Co.
8:53: Extra patrol: Thelma Lake Drive.
9:37: Extra patrol: Hit top Mark/Nitro Sec.
9:43: Advised she had found a CO2 cartridge next to her vehicle, possible reference to BB gun shootings.
9:57: Theft complaint: Request unit come to residence in reference to stolen meds, Hager Hill Loop.
11:41: Gas drive-off: Yellow Mustang, $39 gas drive-off, Exxon.
11:49: Extra patrol: Reference to cars running in and out of the hollow flying, Witten Lane.
11:57: Prowler complaint: Advised someone was around the Sitka TV cable storage with a flashlight, request officer check it out, Rt. 201.
Sunday, Jan. 20
1:28 a.m.: Shoplifting: Advised two male subjects in the store shoplifting, also they have one on tape, request officers, S. Mayo Trail.
2:12: Accident with injuries: U.S. 460.
4:02: Accident, no injuries: Rt. 40 at the mouth of Grassy.
9:23: Juvenile complaint: Advised her 16-year-old son was breaking holes in the walls and is possibly on drugs, he is refusing to take a drug test, Stambaugh Branch.
2:24 p.m.: Fire: Advised she believed her house was on fire, advised fire was shooting out of her stove pipes into her house, James Bayes Road.
5:29: Advised there were some subjects shooting geese in the parking lot of Paintsville Lake marina.
5:58: Burglary, unknown when: U.S. 23 S.
6:56: Missing person: Advised that his wife had called the children and told them that she would be home last night and she never showed up and this isn't like her at all, Hart Pike.
8:02: Criminal mischief: Advised someone hit his vehicle with an egg, Highrise.
10:53: Overdose: Advised her daughter was possibly overdosed, Hager Hill Loop.
