2:19 a.m.: Advised her husband was at her residence trying to make her leave, caller advised she has a DVO on him, he had an EPO on her, neither has been served, Poppy Top.
1:09 p.m.: Accident, no injuries: Advised she backed into a vehicle, Speedway parking lot.
2:32: Theft complaint: Advised she was at the Salyersville Hotel waiting on Magoffin Co. deputy in reference to a theft complaint, transferred to KSP.
3:21: Request officer in reference to property damage, needs report filed, Rt. 40 W.
3:27: Reckless driving complaint: Manager of store requests extra patrol on lot in reference to school kids driving reckless and almost hit a customer; advised this occurs everyday, N. Mayo Trail.
3:37: Accident, no injuries: JCHS parking lot, Rt. 321.
5:49: Public drunk: Request subject be removed from residence, Baker Branch.
6:04: Advised of four-wheeler traveling NB just past Nitro Electronics popping wheelies into oncoming traffic.
6:20: Information call: Advised male subject will be leaving Giovanni's and is extremely intoxicated, will be in a new black truck coming out of alley, Court Street.
6:37: Information call: Request officer in reference to male and female "getting their groove on" in middle of roadway while waiting on train at the Thelma RR crossing.
6:55: Animal complaint: Request officer in reference to the neighbor's horses are out on their property and won't put them up, also advised neighbors have no running water, Rt. 1409.
8:37: Subject requests officer call: Reference to having a male subject removed from a residence that she owns, Ross Branch.
9:30: Harassment complaint: Request officer in reference to having her grandson removed from her residence, Rt. 2040.
Tuesday, Feb. 5
3:14 a.m.: Prowler complaint: Advised she could hear someone outside her residence, Rt. 581.
8:19: Road hazard: Advised of tree across roadway on Concord Road.
8:49: Request officer in reference to someone has tried to break in, 15-year-old got a shotgun and asked the subject what he was doing there and he took off out the back door and into the creek, Rt. 825.
11:32: Animal complaint: Advised of horses not being fed, Barnrock Hill.
12:03 p.m.: Theft complaint: Stolen cell phone, Kmart.
2:17: Burglary, unknown when: Request officer in reference to someone has broken into her residence while she has been gone, money missing, Baker Branch.
2:34: Request officer in reference to a female subject has given them counterfeit travelers checks that are no good, (5) $500 checks, S. Mayo Trail.
4:37: ATV complaint on highway: Apple Jack Branch.
5:55: Fight in progress: Sixth Street.
6:22: ATV complaint on highway: Maple Street.
7:42: Subject requests officer call: Wanted to know his rights in reference to an animal that hasn't been fed in two weeks.
8:41: Extra patrol request: PES/PHS.
8:43: Road hazard: Advised there was heavy fog or smoke around the Riceville exit and Middle Fork turn-off.
10:28: Accident, no injuries: Advised vehicle dropped off the road and into the creek in front of Moore's Body Shop, Rt. 172.
10:38: Advised his brother hit him with a pistol and is threatening to shoot him, Hurricane Branch.
11:02: Shoplifting: Advised she saw two male subjects shoplift at Wal-Mart.
11:47: Advised a tree has fallen across the power lines, West Van Lear.

4:31: Road hazard: Tree in roadway at mm 8, Rt. 581.

11:28: Information call: Advised of blue 1985 Chevy truck traveling toward Advance Auto Parts all over the roadway, no plates, Rt. 321 N.
3:33 p.m.: Burglary, unknown when: Lab beside Shoney's.
4:30: Accident, no injuries: Advised vehicle in ditch around Adams Construction, Rt. 1428.
5:02: Road hazard: Tree across roadway, Rt. 2039.
5:21: Lines are hanging down beside Oil Springs High School.
5:24: Road hazard: Tree completely across the road off Asa Creek.
5:44: Road hazard: Huge tree in the road on Flat Gap Hill, 201 side, old radio tower road, Rt. 1092.
8:13: Suspicious person/vehicle: Advised there was a male in an orange jumpsuit riding a bike, U.S. 23 SB.
8:22: Power outage: Advised the entire hollow is black; electricity is out, Horse Picture Branch.
8:37: Reckless driving complaint: Green coal truck turned off U.S. 23 heading toward town on Rt. 321.
9:01: Accident, no injuries: Advised another vehicle hit the rear of her vehicle in Arby's drive-thru.
9:31: Juvenile complaint: Advised her 15-year-old son is off his meds and out of control, trying to break things and leave the residence, Rt. 1559.
10:35: Reckless driving complaint: Post advised a tanker truck was traveling southbound on U.S. 23 in the Lomansville area and stopping in the middle of the road without headlights.
10:52: Drug complaint: Advised a male subject was trying to sell him pills in the apartments above Meade Jewelry, Main Street.
11:20: Theft complaint: Advised someone stole money out of his apartment, also advised he knows who did it, Pack's Apts.
11:46: Advised his mother tried to run over his dad, Riverdale Drive.

1:26 a.m.: Accident with injuries: Vehicle in creek at the foot of Two-Mile Hill on the Williamsport side, Rt. 40 E.
7:33: Information call: Advised location of subject with warrants.
8:49: Accident, no injuries: Request officer in reference to she hit a deer and needs a report filed, Rt. 1428.
9:34: Request officer in reference to locating a vehicle that has been burnt, looks like a newer Pontiac, left off Rt. 302 toward Greasy.
10:11: Information call: Advised of tree on power line approx. one mile up Asa Creek.
12:04 p.m.: Accident with injuries: Rt. 172.
12:07: Fire: U.S. 23 N.
12:38: Female in doctor's office causing a disturbance, Rt. 321.
3:21: DUI complaint: Advised female in older model red Cavalier leaving Staffordsville area, possibly intoxicated, U.S. 23 N.
3:52: DUI complaint: Advised he just pulled into the stockyard and there was a male there that was "blowed in the creek"; advised he left in a white Olds headed toward town.
4:09: Hit and run: Advised someone had hit her vehicle and left their information on her vehicle, N. Mayo Trail.
4:43: Burglary, unknown when: Boyd Branch.
7:55: Abandoned vehicle: At turn-off to Woodland Estate, Rt. 40 E.
9:22: Subject requests officer call: Floyd Co. S.O. advised they needed an officer to contact them in reference to some stolen property in Thelma.
9:35: Needs an officer in reference to someone tried to get into the door, W.R. Castle F.D.
10:27: Caller advised there was a male subject trying to kill him, trying to hit his car and make him wreck, advised he's been doing this all the way from Knott Co.
Friday, Feb. 8
6:15 a.m.: Reckless driving complaint: White cream-colored van leaving Van Lear.
7:47: Reference to damage to a vehicle from skateboarders, Johnson Co. Home Health.
12:00 p.m.: Extra patrol request: Preston Branch.
12:17: Accident, no injuries: Rt. 321, Wal-Mart.
12:57: Theft complaint: Wal-Mart.
3:43: Accident, no injuries: Rt. 40/Euclid Ave.
4:30: Missing person: Wanted to report 15-year-old son missing, advised she is at JCHS and he isn't there, advised they have searched and can't find him.
4:50: Property dispute: Advised the neighbor cut their fence for their horses saying its on his property and he pulled a gun on them then fell over a hill, Noisy Branch.
5:41: Reckless driving complaint: Advised she was behind a black Ford 150 with a camper top, all over roadway headed toward Ashland.
5:57: Advised there is a tree down on the power line at the double set of tracks, Rt. 302.
6:18: Power outage: Advised the power is out in King Addition.
7:14: Power outage: N. Burglar Hollow.
7:40: Accident, no injuries: BP, Rt. 40 E.
10:08: Reckless driving complaint: Green Mercury car all over roadway, ran red light, U.S. 23 NB.
11:02: Accident with injuries: On the Mountain Parkway between Salyersville and West Liberty.
11:36: Advised she wanted people removed from her father's residence, Rt. 172.
Saturday, Feb. 9
1:18 a.m.: Suspicious person/vehicle: Advised there were three males around Grandview Outlet.
1:40: Several subjects going in Wal-Mart to the electronics part of the store and back out, possible shoplifting.
2:11: Accident, no injuries: Rt. 825.
3:15: Prowler complaint: Advised someone had been in her car and her electric box outside the door was opened, Rt. 172.
7:35: Theft complaint: Stolen cell phone, Days Inn.
12:11 p.m.: Accident, no injuries: Advised someone had backed into her vehicle, Chevron parking lot.
12:18: Shots fired: Bear Hollow.
12:21: Animal complaint: Advised he was bitten by a dog and was trying to tell the owner and the owner came out screaming and threatening him, Euclid Ave.
2:58: Advised there were two subjects going through a residence belonging to another female, Rt. 1092.
4:12: Reckless driving complaint: Teal blue Alero almost hit her and followed her, pulled into Days Inn parking lot.
4:17: Accident, no injuries: Two-vehicle accident across from the pawnshop.
5:14: Reckless driving complaint: Advised there was a white king cab S-10, a black S-10 and a copper-colored S-10 stopping in the road and squealing tires, slinging gravel on caller's vehicle, Rt. 201.
5:49: Extra patrol: Rt. 201.
6:51: DUI complaint: Advised an intoxicated male subject was driving an older model black Camaro headed toward town from Flat Gap.
7:18: Reckless driving complaint: Dark blue Ford Escort traveling U.S. 23 north is swerving all over the road and ran several other vehicles off, traveled in the southbound lane and median several times.
7:53: Advised of a fire on the hill on Nates Creek, transferred call to Lawrence Co. 911.
8:11: Hit and run: Vehicle has been hit and the other vehicle has left the scene, Wal-Mart parking lot.
8:17: DUI complaint: Reference to a black Camaro with North Carolina plates, Rt. 201.
10:04: Accident with injuries: Vehicle hit electric pole, Rt. 40/Depot Road.
10:06: Domestic complaint: Advised her husband has beaten her and she advised his location.
10:19: Reckless driving complaint: Advised of several vehicles in the plaza driving reckless.
11:56: DUI complaint: White Chevy Lumina coming out of Thelma.
Sunday, Feb. 10
2:27 a.m.: Advised someone had beaten up her son and damaged her vehicle, Rt. 40.
8:13: Road hazard: Advised there is a big thing of plastic in the middle of the road, Second Street.
8:44: Criminal mischief: Advised someone had broken out the windows of their vehicle, Depot Road.
1:10 p.m.: Road hazard: Advised of a tree across the road in Lawrence Co., transferred to Lawrence Co. 911, Rt. 1690.
1:34: Advised they have a carport tent and the wind has picked it up and it's stuck in the power lines, Witten Lane.
2:16: Road hazard: Advised of a Christmas tree in the road, Pickle Fork.
3:02: Advised of a tree on the power lines, left fork of Two-Mile Creek.
4:14: Theft complaint: Reference to someone stole his pull-trailer from Barnett's Creek, also left cell #, Caudill Fork.
4:44: Information call: Advised one of the lights at the Wal-Mart intersection was twisted around and it was confusing people.
5:05: Reference to their dog missing; they would like to file a report, Roberts Hollow.
5:47: Brush fire: Behind old 84 Lumber around the Enchanted Mansion, Hager Hill Loop.
7:10: Theft of vehicle: Reference to his girlfriend had his vehicle while he was incarcerated and he wants it returned.
7:50: Advised h e just saw a female throw a cinderblock through a windshield of a car just north of B-mart, Rt. 201.
8:18: Reference to a bunch of kids coming to their house and threatening to slit their throats, N. Buckingham Ave.
